This Privacy Policy describes how Zeroozen handles personal information in connection with our business practices, including our EV charging services, battery solutions, websites, mobile applications, and partner programs (collectively, the "Services"), and when you otherwise interact with us. Please also read our Terms of Service which are incorporated herein. By using our Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

The types of information that Zeroozen collects includes, but is not limited to, the following categories below. We receive this information from consumers who provide this information directly to us (including through their interaction with our products and services), our partners, and in some cases, certain service providers we work with.

• Contact Information such as your full name, email address, phone number, and physical address for example when you sign up for our charging services or when a partner provides this information to Zeroozen so that we can provide our Services
• Demographic Information such as your gender, age and date of birth, for example, to tailor our Services to you and to verify your identity for certain services
• Service Usage Details and History such as charging sessions, energy consumption patterns, locations, times, and preferences to provide our Services and optimize them for your benefit
• Payment Information to process payments for our charging services and battery solutions (note: we use secure payment processors and do not store complete payment card details on our systems)
• Vehicle Information such as your vehicle type, model, battery capacity, and other technical specifications to optimize our charging services for your specific vehicle
• Device Information such as geolocation, if you allow us access to your location through your device permissions, to provide our Services to you at convenient locations. If you choose not to provide us access to your location, we may not be able to show you the nearest charging stations. Most devices allow you to deactivate location sharing in the settings menu; please contact your device manufacturer if you would like more information on how to control location sharing.

If you use our Services through one of our partners, they may share with us, and we may collect, your information pursuant to this Privacy Policy to provide our energy services and otherwise to develop and improve our Services. The privacy policies of our partners govern how and under what circumstances they will share data with us. If you are using our partners' websites or applications, you may wish to review their privacy policy to understand how they use and share your data.

Information We Collect Automatically

As is true of most websites and applications, when we launch such services, Zeroozen's website and mobile applications will collect certain information automatically and store it in log files for security, maintenance, and analytics purposes, or otherwise to develop and improve our Services. This information may include, but is not limited to:

• Internet protocol (IP) addresses,
• The region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet,
• Browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of Zeroozen's website and mobile application, including a history of which pages within Zeroozen's website you view.
• Charging Station Information. Zeroozen's charging stations use monitoring systems to ensure safe operation, optimal energy delivery, and to improve efficiency. These systems collect data on energy usage, charging patterns, and technical parameters to ensure safety and service quality. Additionally, some charging stations may have security cameras for safety and theft prevention purposes, which may capture images of individuals using the charging stations. The data collected by these systems is logged and used to operate the charging network, provide customer support, and to improve performance and customer experience.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

At present, Zeroozen does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our website or applications. Should this policy change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and provide notice of such changes.

We may combine information that we receive from the various sources described above for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

We may use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain and improve our Services
• To fulfill your charging needs, including allowing you to access our charging networks and optimizing charging sessions for your vehicle
• To process service payments
• To provide customer service, including contacting you with regards to issues or questions with our Services or answering questions from you regarding your charging sessions
• For marketing, research and analytics
• To develop new products and Services
• To protect the rights and property of Zeroozen, our users, and others
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
• To comply with legal, regulatory or contractual requirements
• To carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected.

Communications with you in connection with these uses may be via mail, telephone, email, text message and other electronic messages, through our websites and applications. If you have signed up for our Services and have consented to receive text messages from Zeroozen, or if you have provided your consent to one of our partners so that we can stay in contact with you, we may send you text messages using an automated telephone dialing system to the mobile phone number you have provided and message and data rates may apply.

How We Share Information

Zeroozen may share the information it collects about you in the following circumstances:

• Within Zeroozen and our current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership
• With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf
• With our partners
• With your consent, including if you intentionally interact with third-parties on our site
• In connection with the sale, transfer or financing of a significant part of Zeroozen business or its assets, including any such activities associated with a bankruptcy proceeding

Children's Information

Zeroozen's services are not available to children under the age of 13, nor are they intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. A valid payment method is required to use our charging services. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@zeroozen.com. You can request to review the information we collected and request that we delete the child's personal information. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information.

Do-Not-Track

Your browser or device may include "Do-Not-Track" settings or functionality. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser "Do-Not-Track" requests. The information collection and disclosure practices, and the choices that we provide to customers, will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do-Not-Track signal is received.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information and to ensure that it is used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Zeroozen. Zeroozen has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You can make a request to access and change your personal information we store by contacting us via email, at privacy@zeroozen.com. To further protect privacy, these requests are subject to identity verification.

If you would like to update your preferences, or opt out of marketing communications from us, you may do so at any time by contacting privacy@zeroozen.com, or by following the opt out instructions in the marketing communications. Please note that we may continue to send non-promotional communications such as important notices and transaction-related emails and other information about your use of the Services.

Bangladesh Data Protection Considerations

As a Bangladesh-based company, Zeroozen is committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in Bangladesh. While Bangladesh is developing comprehensive data protection legislation, we adhere to international best practices for data protection and privacy.

Zeroozen primarily operates in Bangladesh but may process your personal information in countries where we do business or where our service providers are located.
